About Derby Caravan Centre

Derby Caravan Centre Ltd is a family business.

The family, with over 30 years experience in caravans
and caravanning, are supported with a select team of professionals who have already established themselves successfully in the caravan industry.

The company is based in Alvaston Derby, on the site which was first established as a caravan outlet back in 1965 as Alvaston Caravans.

Alvaston Caravans was also a father and son concern. Although there have been other owners in between this time the site has always been used for selling, storing and servicing caravans.

Customers have certainly welcomed the revival of the site and they are equally pleased to find

"a personal service level not always able
to be delivered by larger dealerships"

The site was developed upon for several months before opening ensuring it could deliver a quality of pitch and service that would compliment the ideals and disciplines of both family and staff.

We hope you will find our website to be quicker, easier and certainly more detailed than ever before.

You will find with our New Caravans you will have the opportunity to view the Compass models in great detail with new pictures, and clear technical specifications.

This will be mirrored with the Burstner Caravan models with the opportunity for you to home in on the caravan to suit your individual needs.

Our ever popular used caravan section has also expanded to offer interior pictures as well as exterior. We have made sure we kept the important details listed on all these models and hope it gives you a good feel to the quality used caravans we keep here.

You will now find a specific Awning and Porch section which again you can just click on and pull up all the details you could possibly want. We are also able to let you know what second hand awning models are currently in stock.

On the right hand side throughout the web site there are quick links taking you to Compass, Burstner or Used Tourers or an awning or porch.
